Sitting meditation is a wonderful practice. We find it helps us live more fully in each moment and see our inter-dependent nature more clearly. We have also found that practicing with a group can deepen and reinforce the experience. So we have formed a meditation group that meets in our home on the 2nd and 4th Monday evenings each month, from 7pm to 8:30pm.
